with grilled onions and green bell peppers. Includes 40

six-inch flour tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, and

TAMALES

Traditional Northern Mexican preparation. Made with

fluffy yellow corn masa and filled with freshly prepared

meats and vegetables. Steamed in a corn husk. Mix and

match from your choice of tinga de pollo (seasoned

chicken), chile verde (seasoned pork), or rajas (pasilla

pepper, corn, and queso fresco).

Our mole is created with unsweetened chocolate,
